Ignite is one of my favorite new things in Birmingham. Extremely welcoming and warm environment (not intimidating at all). The instructors are awesome and extremely motivating. Once you go once you’re gonna come back I promise. Their new studio is really nice and it’s in a Nice Barre The Last Jete Wars Vintage Retro Shirt very nice location (pepper place). I can’t say enough positive things about this studio. Please check it out. I actually haven’t done the soul cycle, so I’m not sure. But I really like it. They incorporate abs and arms throughout the ride and the music is always really good. They’re super inclusive and it doesn’t feel like a judgmental atmosphere.

If you want to try something new, try out Spartan Fitness on Green Springs. They offer a Nice Barre The Last Jete Wars Vintage Retro Shirt variety of classes such as boxing, jiujitsu, strength and condition, kickboxing. There are lots of people in the gym that do it ranging from kids to older age people. Plenty of women there too. Working out in a regular gym bores me but with spartan fitness, there are so many classes for my tastes to keep it exciting. Spartan has beginner and advance classes. They won’t throw you to the dog pit. Sam Puccio just opened a new gym on green springs too for around the same price. They don’t offer as many classes during the day time if that’s what you are looking for.

But the coach is a super nice guy. I say try out a trial class for each of the gyms and see which you like! Also, spartan does MMA training too, they spar on most Wednesday nights, but you’d have to have prior training experience to be able to join the sparring team. If I had to redo everything again, I’d go straight to Spartan (not bashing Sams at all, they’re a great school). At Sams, there wasn’t a beginner class for jiujitsu, maybe the curriculum changed. But the classes were like 15-30 minutes of technique drilling then straight to Nice Barre The Last Jete Wars Vintage Retro Shirt rolling; they were helpful in teaching your techniques though. On the other hand, for the advanced classes, you would learn technique drilling the first hour and if you want to stay for the second hour for sparring.
