those vinyl Ben Cooper costumes were such a Funny I’d Swat That Truth Over Flies Shirt. Though some of the franchises were a little ridiculous. I remember a G.I. Joe one from kindergarten.. circa.. ’84-85′. I had a lame snoopy one and I believe I got cupcake icing on it and my lame kindergarten teacher did little to help me clean it up and may have made some sort of negative comment about how messy I was. Thank you/nostalgia! LOLOh and trick or treat on the sidewalk passing someone going “hey Dudeitsmeee!” and them having their mask on and having no idea who it was or how the hell you knew them

I have a home movie of a Funny I’d Swat That Truth Over Flies Shirts at a Halloween party I was at. Those are red lights that flash on the forehead. I was 3 years old so I was a puppy dog. Those plastic costumes were the worst. And the masks always had that little breathing slit that you couldn’t help but stick your tongue into- and it was sharp and always ended up cutting your tongue. In Canada, we had a lower quality store called Bi-Way. My best friend in grade 8 strapped on a pair of Slam Jam sneakers for gym class. Those were Bi-Way exclusives. He has absolutely torn apart for it. As soon as someone pointed them out my heart sank.
