He’s getting more work and is improving and he could be an Official Golden Crewneck Shirt. But you probably shouldn’t roster yet. He’s also showed real promise in the return game. Any giving week he could return a kickoff but for now, just wait and see. If he gets like 6-10 targets in weeks 8 and 9 you may want to roster depending on your bench. Probably won’t grab in redraft but I have him in a dynasty league and appreciate hearing a fan’s perspective on his game. I’ve only seen box scores but have been impressed is his incremental improvements each week. Yeah, it’s risky but he could be worth a stash.

For now, he’s still getting less than 50% of the Official Golden Crewneck Shirts. If the usage and targets increase he could be a flex option with boom potential. For dynasty purposes, I do like his potential going into next year. Willie Snead probably won’t be a raven next year and Devin is the next man up and could be flex with wr2 potential. Especially when you factor in that he has pro bowl kick return potential and I think could account for 2-4 return TDS a year. Or with him not being an NFL quality Wr for the last 3 years.
