To be honest, I wasn’t thrilled with the attitude the owner of my box had toward having to shut down the gym during the pandemic and I actually fear he won’t take the right stance with this new information coming to light about Glassman. I paused my membership a few months ago, but I’m starting to feel like I definitely won’t be returning now. Nike training club has similar workouts without being CrossFit. There are a lot of functional fitness gyms that are opening up that don’t affiliate with CrossFit at all, you should definitely check your area! I have at least 4 of those near me and maybe 1 CrossFit gym. I’m so happy I chose to go that route instead of joining a box with what has come to light about HQ. I watched her videos and appreciated her perspective. May even give some of her workouts a go too. Completely erasing her achievements within the program was embarrassing and ridiculous. As a company, you’d think CrossFit would want as many people as possible spending money with them instead of isolating a group of people, but that’s me giving racists too much logical credit. I joined Street Parking and it is wonderful. I don’t have access to CF, living in a rural part of the Nice The Best Is Yet To Come Maga 2020 Shirt US. I saw someone’s review of 1 year of SP in this sub and I signed up that day. Glad you’ve found the freedom you want.
